Cultural Kaleidoscope: the Japan-themed classroom exhibition was a vibrant and immersive experience for Grade 1 A students, featuring Sakura (cherry blossom) decorations and displays of iconic landmarks. Students wore traditional Japanese clothing such as kimonos and yukatas, adding a hands-on cultural element to the experience. The exhibition also offered a taste of Japan with traditional food items like tempura, soba, thamagoyaki and sushi rolls. Colorful Japanese letters and words were displayed. Souvenir bookmarks, adorned with Japanese calligraphy designs were a lasting memory of their cultural journey.
