A Day at Midigama Fruit Farm

Balangoda Branch

Our Middle School students enjoyed an enriching and hands‑on experience at Midigama Fruit Farm. From a nature walk to identifying tropical trees, feeding animals, and learning to make organic manure, it was a day of fun and learning in the heart of nature. They also tried their hands at planting, making delicious pickles, and savoured a wholesome organic lunch together — ending the day with music and dance!

It’s a memorable adventure that sparked curiosity, teamwork, and a deeper love for the environment.
